Want to take the next steps in your journey with Cathedral Park Cohousing?
Being an Explorer is all about giving you time and access to see if this community is the right fit for you, and for us to get to know you too. Once you sign up and pay the $100 Explorer fee, the following 30-60 days will give you the chance to:
- Get to know our Members and other Explorers
This is your chance to see if you feel at home among the people here. - Get full access to the details
As an Explorer, you’ll have access to our most recent drawings, pricing plans, budget, legal documents, operating agreement, and other financial information. - Join us at community events
From happy hours to meetings, you’ll be invited into the life of the community, including time with our work groups (such as our Marketing and Community Building Circle, Brick and Mortar Circle) so you can see firsthand where decisions get made and how we work together. - Have a buddy in your corner
You’ll be paired with a CPC buddy who will check in with you, answer questions, and be your go-to point of contact as you explore what it means to be part of Cathedral Park Cohousing.
To pay your $100 Explorer fee and start your journey, you can do any of the following:
- Mail a check made out to “Platypus Community, LLC”, c/o Alicia DeLashmutt at 6107 North Burrage Ave Portland, OR 97217.
- Online: Send the fee by Venmo to the username @David-Morgan-408 (the last 4 digits of his phone number are 7570)
- Online: Send the fee by Paypal HERE or by scanning the QR code below
Your 60 day Explorer period begins from the date payment is sent. We’ll email you a receipt when payment is received and walk you through the next steps together. Let us know if you mail a check, so we can be on the lookout for it!
