Below are our currently estimated, projected prices at move-in. Our final pricing will be locked in when we get the construction loan, so these may move a bit, but we are committed to keeping price points of the market-rate units mortgageable with a standard mortgage.

Subsidized Homes
Approximately half of our homes are available for folks who income-qualify at 80% of Area Median Income. Income, assets, and debt are taken into account, 1st time home-buyer not necessary. Visit our land trust partner, Proud Ground, to familiarize yourself with the prequalification process. Prequalification starts 12 months before project completion.
